1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Sue The Goddess ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site. By creating an account or accessing any content on the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate accounts and restrict access if we have reason to believe a user is underage.

3. Account Registration

Access to certain features — including purchasing content, using the AI generation tools, and interacting with Scarlett — requires creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. One account per person. Do not share your credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All characters, artwork, branding, and content on this site — including but not limited to Dr. Sue Dominara, Scarlett, Jade, Teale, and all associated characters and designs — are the intellectual property of Sue The Goddess and are protected by applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

Your Content

Original intellectual property generated by you using our tools (characters, prompts, stories, artwork) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of user-created IP. However, by using our generation tools, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your generated content as necessary to operate the service.

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on this platform. Violation will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement:

• CSAM — Any content depicting, suggesting, or referencing the sexual exploitation of minors. Zero tolerance. No exceptions.
• Lolicon / Shotacon — Any sexualized content depicting characters who are minors or appear to be minors, regardless of stated age.
• Young-appearing characters — Content sexualizing characters with childlike or adolescent physical features, even if described as "aged up" or fictional.
• Non-consensual content — Content depicting or promoting sexual violence, assault, or coercion.
• Real-person content — Using the tools to generate sexualized content of real, identifiable individuals without their consent.
• Illegal content — Any content that violates applicable law.

We log all prompts and generated content. Violations are investigated and may be reported to authorities. There is no appeals process for CSAM.

6. AI Tools & Scarlett

Sue The Goddess provides AI-powered tools including an image generation editor, a text/character generator, and Scarlett — who is your AI chat bot who can assist you in navigating the site, answering questions about the platform, and helping you use the generation tools along with casual roleplay.

By using these tools, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All AI output is for entertainment and creative purposes. You are responsible for how you use generated content. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• Respectful interaction is required. Abuse, harassment, or attempts to manipulate the AI into generating prohibited content will result in account termination.
• Usage limits apply. Our generation tools are subject to rate limits, cost tracking, and cooldown periods to ensure fair access and prevent abuse. Circumventing these limits through session manipulation, automated scripts, or IP-based bypasses is a violation of these terms.
• API endpoints are protected. Direct API calls, cross-origin requests, automated scraping, or bot-driven querying outside the official site interface is prohibited.
• Prompt and activity logging. All prompts, generations, and interactions are logged for security, quality assurance, and abuse prevention as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Store Policy

All purchases on Sue The Goddess are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on digital content or credit purchases. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the content description and agree to the transaction.
