What We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and date of birth (for age verification). That's it. We don't require your real name, address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.

Activity & Prompts

We log all prompts, generations, and activity on our website. This includes image generation requests, text generation, AI chat interactions, page views, and download events. We do this to:

• Ensure platform security and prevent abuse
• Maintain service quality and performance
• Enforce usage limits and rate limiting
• Improve our AI tools and user experience
• Investigate policy violations

This data is not sold to third parties.

IP Addresses & Technical Data

We collect IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, and session metadata for security, anti-abuse, and spam prevention. These are stored alongside your activity logs and used to enforce rate limits on our generation tools.

Download Watermarks

Files downloaded from our gallery contain an invisible forensic watermark that encodes your user ID and download timestamp into the image data. This is used to trace the source of unauthorized redistribution. The watermark is imperceptible and does not affect image quality.

Cookies

We use cookies to maintain your session, remember your preferences (such as NSFW display settings), and keep you signed in. Login cookies persist based on your "Remember Me" selection. These are functional cookies — we do not use advertising or tracking cookies from third parties.

AI Concierge (Scarlett)

Scarlett is the AI-powered conversational bot. Conversations with Scarlett are logged and analyzed to improve the concierge experience and maintain service quality. We utilize secure third-party cloud infrastructure and trusted AI providers to process interaction data. We actively strip identifiable metadata before transmission to third-party AI providers.

Payments

Purchases on this site are processed through cryptocurrency. We do not collect or store credit card numbers, bank account information, or traditional payment details. Transaction records (amount, timestamp, order ID) are retained for accounting and dispute resolution purposes.

If you prefer to pay by credit card, our content is also available through our DeviantArt store.

Data Retention

We retain account data, activity logs, and transaction records indefinitely to maintain service continuity, security, and the ability to investigate policy violations. Session data and rate-limit ledgers are periodically purged.

Your Rights

You may delete your account at any time, which will remove your personal information from our active systems. Note that anonymized activity logs may be retained for security purposes. We do not currently offer data export functionality. To do this, please contact us.

Age Requirement

This site is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
