Privacy Policy

Sue The Goddess has no passwords and processes no payments. You can use the site entirely anonymously (a random token your browser generates) or sign in with Patreon to link your membership. Here's the whole picture.

What We Collect

Patreon Sign-In (Optional)

When you sign in with Patreon, we receive and store your Patreon account ID, display name, avatar image, and membership status — your tier class, whether your membership is active, your entitled tiers, and your next billing date. We also store Patreon OAuth tokens (access and refresh) solely to re-verify your membership when it changes. We never see your Patreon password, and we collect no payment information — Patreon handles all billing. Your session is a signed cookie on this site, valid up to 180 days, removed when you sign out.

Activity & Prompts

We log image generation prompts and outputs, chat messages, and page activity. We do this to:

• Meter and enforce the spark allowances on the tools
• Prevent abuse and investigate policy violations
• Maintain service quality

This data is not sold to third parties.

Spark Wallets & Transaction History

Your spark balances (monthly and permanent) and a full transaction history — grants, spends, redemptions, refunds, refills — are stored server-side and tied to your Patreon account (or your browser token if anonymous). This ledger is the record of every spark movement and is visible to you on your profile page. It is retained for accounting and abuse prevention.

IP Addresses

We log IP addresses for chat and image generation requests — security and anti-abuse only. They're stored alongside the activity logs above and used to enforce the usage limits.

Your Browser Token

Your browser generates a random identifier (stored in localStorage and a cookie) that ties your teaser allowance, generated-image history, and activity logs together when you're not signed in. It contains no personal information and isn't linked to any identity unless you sign in. Clearing your browser storage starts you fresh.

Download Watermarks

Downloadable gallery files carry an invisible forensic watermark encoding your identity token and download timestamp, used to trace unauthorized redistribution. It's imperceptible and doesn't affect image quality.

AI Concierge (Scarlett)

Conversations with Scarlett are processed by trusted third-party AI providers through the OpenRouter network. Identifiable metadata is stripped before transmission. Chat history itself lives in your browser's local storage — we don't store your conversations server-side, though messages are logged (with IP) for abuse prevention as described above. You can export or wipe your chat data at any time from the chat sidebar. Concierge chat is free; other tools draw from your spark wallets.

The Free Chat Models

In chat, you can choose free-endpoint models (currently NVIDIA's Nemotron 3.5 Super VL and Google's Gemma 4 31B) — free tiers of those providers' OpenRouter offerings. Turns on these models cost zero sparks, on every tier including anonymous. The trade-off is each provider's own terms for its free endpoint, which you accept by using it:

• NVIDIA (Nemotron): your use is logged by NVIDIA for security purposes and to improve NVIDIA products and services. That logged session data is not linked to your identity or any persistent identifier by NVIDIA, but it is processed under NVIDIA's Privacy Policy and the NVIDIA API Trial Terms of Service. NVIDIA also asks that you not send confidential information or personal data (such as voices or faces of people) through the free endpoint.
• Google (Gemma): the free-endpoint provider may retain prompts, but does not use them for training.

Either way, keep identifying material out of free-model chats. Our paid models on the menu are not subject to these terms; their data handling is the OpenRouter arrangement described above.

Image Generation & Storage

Image prompts are transmitted to our image-generation infrastructure (ComfyUI Cloud) to be rendered — this is how the tool works. Completed images are stored on our storage infrastructure (Cloudflare R2) and expire automatically after 7 days, when both the image and its stored record are deleted. Downloaded copies are yours to keep.

Operational Tracing

For quality assurance and abuse prevention, we run self-hosted observability software (Langfuse, on our own infrastructure) that records AI interactions: prompts, model responses, and — when diagnostic capture is enabled — generated images and small versions of images you upload to chat. This data stays on our servers, is not shared with third parties beyond the AI providers already listed, and is gated internally. It exists so that when something breaks or someone abuses the tools, we can see what actually happened.

Payments

This site processes no payments and collects no payment information. Memberships and spark packs are handled by Patreon — their privacy policy governs the transaction. Content sales happen on DeviantArt — when you buy there, DeviantArt's own privacy policy governs the transaction.

Cookies & Analytics

We use functional cookies only: your browser token, the age-gate confirmation, announcement dismissals, and — when you sign in — your Patreon session cookie and the OAuth flow cookies. Site analytics run on Plausible, which is cookieless and collects no personal data. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Data Retention & Deletion

Activity logs, IPs, and the transaction ledger are retained indefinitely for security and abuse prevention. Generated images expire from our storage after 7 days. Chat sessions and custom characters live entirely in your browser — export them if you want backups. Your Patreon profile data and spark wallets are retained while your account exists; contact us to delete your account and server-side data, or sign out to unlink your Patreon identity at any time.

Age Requirement

This site is intended for adults aged 18 and older. The age gate is a self-assertion — we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and Patreon membership itself requires being at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
